New report looks at the risks of frequent excessive drinking.
If the government was to heed this report - which might almost be re-named "one too many" - with its emphasis on education, statutory regulation of advertising and increased availability of Brief Interventions, we might see a significant impact on the harm caused by excessive drinking, thus benefitting both individuals and the wider society.
