White Papers Questions: Will the answers lead to improved patient care?

Background
The Coalition government have announced a number of reforms including giving GP practices ‘real budgets’, abolishing PCT’s and SHA’s, scrapping some targets, and introducing a new NHS commissioning board. A strategy that intends to devolve decision-making to the front line and make patient choice central.
The event will be chaired by Dr Jonathan Shapiro from the University of Birmingham.
